You are about to make one of the most financially important decisions of your life, the purchase of your new home or new investment property!
Your EXCITED and, being a wise homebuyer, you are looking for a way to validate this important decision. As a wise homebuyer you know the value of having the home checked thoroughly before you finalize the purchase and most important, for your own peace of mind. With that in mind, Thank you for considering me as your inspector.
I welcome and encourage you to accompany me throughout the inspection. In this way I can explain what I see and educate you on the many components of your home, when to do maintenance as well as offer you helpful tips as they relate to your homes components. Typically the inspection will take between 2-4 hours to accomplish. This range is due to the size and age of the structure as well as its condition.
I am also a licensed and certified WSDA Structural Pest Inspector and perform a full wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection as part of your home inspection. Listed on the reports front page will be a WSDA issued Inspection Control Number and a separate report section detailing the inspection findings is included. 
Your inspection will be performed according to the Standards of Practice and code of Ethics of the American Society of Home Inspectors. A copy of which is included with each report for your reference.
You can rest assured I will do my best to insure your satisfaction and increase your knowledge. As my client you can also count on being able to contact me as a future reference. Any time you have a question or a concern about the home or your property I am available to you to answer them for as long as you own your home.
