want to start by saying Dave makes you feel really comfortable.
From the start of the inspection he encourages you to
participate,
ask questions and learn about the home your buying. I have
heard lots
of horror stories about inspectors, and how instead of working
for the buyer it almost seems like they're working for the
agent to make the sale happen. Throughout the inspection you
learn and know Dave is working for you. At my inspection I
learned about the condition of my soon to be new home as well
as the heating, plumbing and electrical components. I was nervous
at the start of the inspection and confident in my buying decision
at its end. Dave wants you to understand what your buying and
is truthful and unbiased in his
explanation.
You sure don't get that from a whole lot of people these days.
